We aim to provide a smooth and transparent return experience for our customers.
NOTE: You can request a return within 5 days of delivery. After that, the option will be disabled
Returns Process
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
- Initiate a return request by contacting our support team with your order details.
- Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup through our logistics partner.
- The courier will collect the product from your address.
- The returned item will be delivered to our fulfillment partner for inspection.
- After a quality check, the return will be processed and added to your return balance.
- The approved return amount can be used for future orders of the same product.
Important Notes
- We do not support custom return addresses due to courier limitations.
- If a delivery pin code becomes unserviceable after placing an order, returns (RTO) are not eligible for refunds.
- Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Refunds
- We do not offer direct monetary refunds.
