Return & Refund Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent return experience for our customers.

NOTE: You can request a return within 5 days of delivery. After that, the option will be disabled

Returns Process

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate a return request by contacting our support team with your order details.
  2. Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup through our logistics partner.
  3. The courier will collect the product from your address.
  4. The returned item will be delivered to our fulfillment partner for inspection.
  5. After a quality check, the return will be processed and added to your return balance.
  6. The approved return amount can be used for future orders of the same product.

Important Notes

  • We do not support custom return addresses due to courier limitations.
  • If a delivery pin code becomes unserviceable after placing an order, returns (RTO) are not eligible for refunds.
  • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

Refunds

  • We do not offer direct monetary refunds.
